Our History
For the last 5 years, Colors of Mithila has been dedicated to reviving and promoting the rich legacy of Mithila handicrafts and Madhubani painting. What started as a small initiative to support local artisans has now grown into a trusted platform for art lovers across India and abroad.
Our journey has been guided by three core values: Authenticity, Sustainability, and Empowerment. We work directly with women artisans and craftspeople of Mithila, ensuring fair wages and recognition for their unmatched talent. Every product you purchase is not just an item—it is a piece of heritage, a story of tradition, and a contribution towards empowering rural communities.
Through exhibitions, online platforms, and direct collaborations, Colors of Mithila has proudly showcased the beauty of our culture while building a strong bond with customers who value originality and craftsmanship.

People and culture
Our people are what make us unique. Rather than outsourcing our construction engineers from questionable outsourcing establishments, we provide them with an environment that supports professional growth.
We are strong believers in giving our employees a voice. Our teams are put together with the help of our resident psychologist to ensure maximum productivity and engagement.
